At Male Grooming Supplies, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return most items in their original, unopened condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your grooming products are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund due to hygiene standards.

  Request an RMA

  Contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package the items with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
